Tasty Thursdays at Nathan Phillips Square is back for another summer!
I think HotBunzz is a new vendor and they have a pretty appetizing menu - elk and bison - oh my!
Actual 4 different types of buns (and what's inside them)
The mayonnaise and BBQ sauce on top added flavour to an otherwise plain bun. The elk was a little flavourless (or it was very subtle).
Overall: It was a novelty to have elk in a bun, but it wasn't anything amazing. It wasn't really filling for $6.
