iCafe Merchant City & Gregg's - Glasgow

Early morning Christmas market at St. Enoch Square!

I wanted to check out Merchant City and Cafe Gandolfi, but unfortunately, a lot of things weren't open and we weren't able to sit down and eat since we had to catch our train to Edinburgh - so we stopped by iCafe Merchant City for a quick grab and go breakfast/lunch.

Chicken sandwich - toasty and tasty!

We passed by a Gregg's before we walked into the second one on W Nile Street for pies!

Gregg's is starting to be my new obsession in the UK.

Glasgow's George Square Christmas Market - Glasgow

We were pretty full after dinner, so we just wandered around the Glasgow Christmas market to walk it off.

With some roasted chestnuts

The market looked very different the next morning:

Then there was the St. Enoch Square Christmas market which was pretty active since it was right by Glasgow Central Station.

Innis & Gunn Beer Kitchen - Glasgow

The really nice AirBnb hostess mentioned that there was a really good bar in a building that used to be a Church (so we checked it out):

Then we went for dinner at Innis & Gunn

(I forgot to take a picture of my roast beef dinner, - which was really good, but I took a picture of my creamed spinach. LOL)
