I thought all the Lick's locations closed a while ago, but there's still one left!

I think this is still the same taste I remember and I still love their guk (mayo), but the meat patty used to be better.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Brisbane Airport

Flying back from Auckland to Toronto, we had a stopover in Brisbane.

Nice comfy chairs

The breakfast selection was okay for the most part - the drinks were the best part.

Taro Slushie, Chocolate Raspberry Tart, Butter Chicken, Chicken Shawarma on rice

The butter chicken had a lot of chicken, but the sauce was too sweet. The chicken shawarma was dry. The taro slushie and chocolate raspberry tart were great!

Dumplings with chili oil and peanuts

These were really good! Maybe almost as good as the Supernormal dumplings (but for a fraction of the price).

The super busy night market was located in the parking lot of Glenfield Mall. They had lots of different ethnic food options:

Kaldereta and Kare-Kare

Filipino beef dishes that I haven't really seen in Canada. The food looked so good at this Filipino food stall that I wanted to try all of their dishes (and there was a long lineup meaning it's probably all really good), but alas, but my stomach is only so small.
