The fig and manuka honey ice cream was AMAZING! The pairing works really well and the ice cream was smooth, rich and creamy. The next best flavour was the summer nectarine, then the passionfruit & lemon curd. Really innovative flavours of ice cream from Kapiti Ice Cream! You definitely have to try them in New Zealand.
