Nak Won Korean Restaurant

It's been a while since I've been at First Markham Place - the one thing I don't miss is fighting it out for parking here.
A variety of Korean side dishes...yum! My favourite is the potatoes

Bulgolgi
Grilled marinated beef on a sizzling plate - delicious with white rice. You have to eat it while it's hot though otherwise the sauce won't soak into your bowl of rice and the bulgolgi will dry up.

Boodae Chigae Jungol
Assorted vegetables, pork, sausage, ham and instant noodles in spicy broth in a hot pan

The ingredients were fresh and the broth was definitely on the spicy side. I thought this was great!

Overall: The food was decent, but the service was atrocious; they were so short staffed on a Saturday night that it was ridiculous.  They have buzzers you can press to get service, but I think they disconnected our buzzer after we kept pushing it to get a response from the wait staff. It probably took us 1/2 hour to get the bill.
