Museum Tavern

My second Winterlicious restaurant this year was Museum Tavern

(*Items I would recommend and/or order again)

Albacore Tuna Tartare with citrus, avocado, radish, green onion, chive, sesame cracker
Really light and a refreshing way to start off the meal.

Truffled Mushroom Perogies with lardons, caramelized onion, sour cream

*Buttermilk Fried Chicken: thigh, leg, wing, 24 hr. brine, maple mustard dipping sauce
A huge portion for an appetizer and the maple mustard dipping sauce was delicious!

Spicy Sticky Maple Baby Back Ribs with fresh chillies, green onion, french fries, slaw
A little more sweet than spicy baby back ribs - definitely  interesting and very sticky.

Steak & Fries with 8 oz. flat iron, tavern sauce, fries, slaw
The tavern sauce was delicious and the steak was good, but there were a ton of soggy fries I couldn't finish.

House Crafted Game Sausage with elk, wild boar, lamb, caramelized onions, spinach, spaetzle, tavern sauce

Carrot Cake
Nice classic cake with cream cheese frosting

*Sugar Pie
The sugar pie was delicious! A nice way to end off the night

Overall: A nice and filling meal at Museum Tavern -  a good deal for $25.
