I found I liked the stronger flavoured cheesetarts more (matcha and mango).

Slice of the Pablo Cheese tart
The custard cheese tart was interesting. In my opinion, I found this version of the cheesetart much better than Uncle Tetsu's, but I still prefer New York style cheesecake.
