Sam's Congee Delight was super popular at Market Village (before it was torn down). The restaurant moved to a new location on Woodbine.

Deep fried glutinous rice and youtiao
I love how they make everything fresh
Beef brisket and tendon with noodles
Rice noodle with youtiao (then drizzled with sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds)
