Pistachio cheesecake and pistachio shortbread cookie
It's a pistachio dessert day!
The pistachio cheesecake didn't have as much pistachio flavour today. :(
The shortbread was okay, but I almost feel like it needed another stronger flavour to make it taste better.

Good pistachio flavour and lots of pistachio nuts in the soft cheesecake.
I liked the crust on the cheesecake too.
