Daemyung Del Pino Golf & Resort - South Korea

After the tour of the Korean Folk Village, our tour bus drove us to the Seoraksan area and dropped us off at the Daemyung Del Pino Golf & Resort hotel where we got to play for a few hours in Aqua World (an indoor water park and open-air baths - some of the highlights were the scented baths, Jacuzzis and outdoor hot tubs with different temperatures)

View from our hotel room

We went for dinner in the nearby town

Yay! Korean BBQ!

Pork only...sadly, the pork wasn't seasoned very well
The Cass Beer was pretty good - so we had BBQ and beer Korean style.

The next morning, we went over to the main building "A" for breakfast:

Really pretty views!

Another buffet breakfast, but they had the saddest offerings:

Strange sausages, spring rolls, chicory, unseasoned and boiled beef and seaweed soup.
The only decent things were the spring rolls (which is why they ran out super fast) and the chicory.

I tried to grab the oranges and pineapples, but they were a little sour and not really ripe.
I guess it's a bit of a trade off at Del Pino Resort: bad food vs. awesome view of the Taebaek mountain range.
