Smoked meat sandwich and cauliflower
The smoked meat sandwich was okay, but I think it needed something more to make it better.
Asian pork buns and Fries
Beef Brisket sandwich and brussel sprouts
In comparison to Adamson Barbecue, the beef brisket just didn't have enough flavour and wasn't smoked long enough. The brussel sprouts were good.
