Las Casuelas Terraza - Palm Springs

Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs is the street to be on when you're looking for good food options and things to do in the area. The restaurants were pretty busy even after the normal lunch hour.

Chicken enchilada and beef taco and complimentary nacho chips and salsa
Super happy the portion sizes are so big here because we were starving after our flight to Palm Springs!
The chicken enchilada looked really good with all that baked cheese and the taco looked pretty interesting too - the shell looked and tasted like it was handmade.

Combinaciones Colorado with the beef and bean burrito and beef tamale
The burrito was a lot bigger than I expected (I temporarily forgot that I was getting American portions). The burrito was pretty good - it would have been even better if they pressed or toasted my burrito. However, the beans were delicious! The tamale was covered in sauce (which was good news for mixing it with my rice).

Overall: Service was a little slow since we were sitting a little further away from the main restaurant, but the food was great!
