Last meal in Indio/Palm Springs before our US Roadtrip!
It was pretty bittersweet to say goodbye to all our friends since we were heading out in different directions.
Lunch Pad Thai
The pad thai was pretty good - it was interesting that there was rice on the plate too. So I grabbed some of my friends' curries and other Thai dishes to eat with the white rice.
