We are day-tripping in Kauai (we woke up at the ungodly hour of 3am to catch a 6am flight to Lilue and we're catching the last flight of the day back to Honolulu). We stopped by Walmart to pick up snacks and stuff that we might need for the day. We started with breakfast, then I saw this pie:

Coconut pie
OMG! This coconut cream pie was SO GOOD! I could eat multiples of this pie and never get sick of it. I think this must be a Hawaii thing because I haven't seen this anywhere else. The coconut cream was really good.
