There is a sizable population of Japanese people living in Hawaii - so it makes sense that a lot of Hawaiian food is fusion (poke bowls for example) and that there are a lot of Japanese places including the Mitsuwa department store.
Spicy ahi tuna poke bowl and spam musabi
Really yummy and so much tuna! I loved the spam musabi too! Something about a gigantic vinegary rice ball/onigiri with salty spam on top just makes it amazing.
Stir-fry noodles and milk baumkuchen
Noodles were okay and the baumkuchen was okay too (not as soft as I would have liked, but that could be because of the pre-packaging).
