Luckily we had that bagel to tide us over until our next meal because we did a lot of things:
St. George Slot Canyon
Coral Pink Sand Dunes (sand surfing/sledding)
Zion National Park
Sunset...hiking in the dark is scary
After a really long day, this was dinner:
Pistachio Pistachio ice cream!
The second pistachio ice cream I'm trying in the US! This was much better than the Haagen Daaz version - there were tons of pistachio nuts and the ice cream had great pistachio flavour. I would recommend this one over Haagen Daaz.
