I get chimichangas in the US a lot since it's not something you can easily get in Canada (not a lot of Mexican restaurants in Toronto and I haven't seen fried chimichangas on many menus).
The food was pretty good! We met a family of hikers on our way down from Angel's Landing and ended up meeting them again at Oscar's Cafe! Clearly a popular spot here!
