On our way out of Vegas, we stopped by Einstein Bros. Bagels to grab some food in case we get hungry later. (Birthday promo: free birthday egg sandwich). We ended up eating it after our hike at Zion National Park.

Farmhouse Breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, ham and cheese
I really wanted a cheesy bagel with eggs and ham. The breakfast sandwich was really good! The country pepper shmear was delicious and perfectly tied the whole sandwich together. Yum!
