Along the way, we stopped by a pastry shop for more Cannoli - Cannoli has become my "thing" in Boston. The quest to find the best pistachio cannoli is my goal.
Pistachio cannoli
It took a little while for them to fill my order - turns out they were piping the cannoli with ricotta cheese in the back and dipping the ends into a pistachio mix and dusting it with icing sugar.
The cannoli was really good - but because it was just ricotta cheese filling - I didn't really get a pistachio flavour (except from the nuts).
