Restoran Extra Super Tanker - KL

The Petrona Towers at night

Iberico spare ribs
The Iberico ribs were made with a dry rub of spices and sadly, there wasn't a lot of meat on the ribs, but it was nice.

Pickled mango and papaya to go with the ribs
Salty and tangy flavoured

Left: Stir-fried Spring Onions and Venison
Right: Tofu with Chinese squash
The venison had a nice gamy taste to it and the spring onions maintained a bit of their crispness.
The tofu was yummy.

Super Tanker Prawns in Black soy sauce
The sauce was salty and a little sweet and the prawns were massive:

so much meat!

Chinese spinach
Watery, but tasty.

Roasted Chicken Drumstick
The chicken skin was crispy and the meat was tender, juicy and had good flavour.

Crispy Suckling Pig with Mantou and sauce
Yum! The crispy skin had some meat underneath it and it went well with the mantou. The sauce wasn't the usual sweet hoisin sauce.

Overall: Nice meat-heavy meal and decent service.
