First time going to Rib Fest in Markham!
We were trying to gauge which rib place had the best ribs by the line-ups. It was between Gator BBQ and Crazy Canuck Smokers. So we took a chance on Gator BBQ:
The prices were pretty good actually and there were a lot of ribs:
Full rack of ribs with cornbread
The ribs were pretty juicy and tasty - the sauce was pretty good and it would have been even better if there was more sauce on the ribs. The cornbread was mediocre.
