Chicken and Waffles - 4 pieces $20
The fried chicken was okay with a dry spice rub on top of the skin and the chicken and waffles dish was complemented by a spicy (Tabasco sauce) and sweet sauce for the waffles. Unfortunately, the waffles couldn't stand the heatwave and got a soggy on my way home.
Fried Chicken Dinner (4 pieces and fries) $20
The pieces of fried chicken were quite large, but this portion could have used more seasoning and spices. It came with hot sauce on the side, which was Tabasco sauce. Unfortunately, the box had too many fries which kind of overwhelmed the rest of the meal. The fries that were done well were fried in fat and tasty, but some fries weren't properly fried and it also got soggy on my way home (we probably didn't eat 1/2 the box of fries).

Beef Brisket Sandwich $16
The bun was soft and quite nice and the beef brisket was okay. The beef was more sweet and sour BBQ than savoury BBQ. I found the sauce overpowering, but I liked their garlic mayo aioli (and would have liked more of it).

Last time, I came for Burger Week. This time I'm back to have some BBQ!
Chicken Dinner with 4 pieces of Buttermilk fried chicken and a hefty portion of fries
The chicken was nice and juicy with a mildly crispy skin. It definitely beats KFC, but I kind of wish it had more spices in the rub. The coleslaw was warm for some reason and it was awful - it had this weird sour taste (might have been a bad batch or coleslaw gone bad). The hot sauce was hot, but somehow the chicken tasted better with it.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Beef Brisket Sandwich
The brisket was really good with a nice smoky flavour and the combination of that BBQ sauce, garlic mayo and caramelized onions was crazy good! The only downside was that the meat was a little tougher than I expected for a beef brisket.
