We were at the Molson Amphitheater to catch Gwen Stefani's concert.
I was attracted to the bright colours of the Food Dudes food truck.

Super crispy fish tacos and lots of fresh and bright ingredients on top.
The tacos were great! Super tasty with the fresh tomatoes, green onions and crispy fish. Yum!
