Lunch - Nanjing

After checking out the Jade Exhibition, we were driven to the restaurant right next to the Wumadu Cruise Terminal and across from the Mufushan area.

Mufushan
Duck soup
A little too much salt in the soup, but it was still really delicious.

L-R: Boiled Salty Duck, dried tofu shreds, pork belly in soy sauce
The duck was delicious. Nanjing restaurants consistently get the duck right.
The dried tofu shreds looked like noodles, but they had the texture and taste of cooked rubber (Gross).

L-R: onions and scrambled eggs, choy, peanuts and chicken cubes and lettuce in soy sauce
Dishes were okay; the peanut and chicken cubes were in a spicy sauce.

Pork belly and radishes
The fatty pork belly meat with radishes was a tasty dish.

Overall: This meal was my least favourite in Nanjing, but on the plus side, the restaurant was in a very scenic area with the Yangtze river on one side and the Mufushan on the other.
